THIS ARTICLE WILL COVER MY SIMPLE, YET ACCUrate, way of molding and casting fins. Terry Weick used my method for fins for his awesome brown trout. In this article I will demonstrate the process for molding the tail of a tiger trout. I used Silicones Inc. GI 1000 translucent silicone for this process. The properties of this particular silicone, along with its translucency, made it my first choice.
